February 3, 2011: "DealerAlert for DSI released with ten new alerts.

January 17, 2010: "DealerAlert by DealerScope Software Helps Acura of Peabody Create One of Most Profitable Service Departments in New England" Read the Press Release here.

November 23, 2009: "UV Gross Profit Analysis" Alert is released.  This Alert takes the dealer's current used vehicle inventory, and breaks it down into two categories: by ACV, and by Days in Stock.  It then reviews used vehicle sales over a time period, and compares the Gross Profit earned (front and back) during the timeframe against the current inventory, showing where the most (and least) gross is made.

July 1, 2009: "RO Line Status" Alert is released.  Monitor ROs that have been any status over any given period.  If a line has been on parts hold for more than 4 hours, or a technician has been on lunch for more than an hour, you can be alerted when times are exceeded.

January 15, 2009: "Actual vs. Sold" Alert is released.  This Alert compares technician punch times to sold hours, and lets you know when your efficiency is compromised (or an exceptional job has been done).  See Alert Catalog for details & sample.
